Application of Shortwave near infrared heater: 

This heater is mainly used for the printing industry, the heating, drying and curing process 

for all kinds of ink or paint.

About Shortwave near infrared heater:  

This is a kind of heater with fast speed for heating and high enery efficiency. With this kind of 

heating elements, we can heat the material up to a certain temperature with shorter time and 

use less time for the whole production process as the drying speed is faster. And what's more, 

it can also save energy with a lower power output. 

With a design of gold reflector/ceramic white on the tube, it can save 20% energy more than 

the clear tube.

Technical introduction of Shortwave near infrared heater:

Max Power: 100W/cm 

Actual power=W/cm* spring filament length (heated length)

Total length=Heated length + at least 6cm

Cable length=150mm (normal type), more than 300mm length will be extrally charged.

Special terminal: Y shape, U shape, O shape, I shape. 

Different ceramic end cap, connection terminal, and mounting clips for Halogen Infrared lamps for heating process

Packing material of shock-resistance for each unit: EPS foam panel 

Outside wooden crate, two layer of thick wood panel, with proper shock 

resistance.

Delivery: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, AIRLINE OR SHIPPING.

For some high level required customers, we also imported the high purity quartz from Norway

and USA to suit for the high temperature requirements. Normally our quantity for each 

month is 50,000 units. But our production ability is 80,000 units each month. And this year we 

also enlarge the number as there is two projects ongoing.
